Downsizing or Right-Sizing? Why the Word You Use Changes the Move You Make
I've been selling homes in Northern Colorado for more than 30 years, and I've noticed something. When people say "downsizing," they usually wince a little. It sounds like a loss. Smaller house, less stuff, end of an era. I'd rather call it right-sizing. Because the goal isn't to shrink your life. It's to fit your home to the life you're living today.
